Haydale announces collaboration with Plasma Reactor manufacturer at “Graphene 2012”

Japan’s AIST Investment In Aixtron System Produces Results

Aachen, Germany, April 11, 2012 – AIXTRON SE ( XETRA: AIXA, NASDAQ: AIXG) today announced that its BM 300 system has been successfully started up at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan.
